The Alzheimer’s Association, Maine Chapter serves the entire State of Maine from its Scarborough office. There are approximately 27,000 individuals in Maine who are living with Alzheimer’s and more than 69,000 providing unpaid care.

Meals on Wheels, Food Pantry

Medical Equipment Loan Program

A wide variety of medical equipment and medical supplies are available to loan at no cost. Donations are also accepted. To get in touch with someone from the loan closet, call Windham Town Hall at 892-1907, Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Maine Senior College Network
A consortium of 17 independent groups with no tests, no papers, and no grades, each senior college group plans exciting, intellectually stimulating non-credit courses and enjoyable learning opportunities for adults over th age of 50. Annual membership costs between $25 and $35 plus a modest tuition for each 4-8 week course.
