The Raymond Village Library is committed to providing opportunities for people of all ages to promote individual and community growth. The library regularly collaborates with other area libraries, Maine Humanities Council, artist, Windham Raymond Adult Education, local community groups, local schools etc. We are always interested in your ideas! Book Club

The Raymond reading club meets once a month to discuss a chosen book. Dates and times of the meeting can be found on the calendar. Everyone is invited to join in! We have great selections this year that are sure to be interesting and inspire some great discussion. See our 2018 selections here.

 

Author Visits

Raymond Village Library hosts many visits throughout the year from authors with a variety of backgrounds and writing styles. Keep an eye on our front page slide show for information and be sure to check our calendar.

Monthly Art Shows

We have space to display artwork and are always seeking artists to showcase. Arts and culture can illuminate our inner lives and enrich our emotional world. Do you have a creative side? You do not need to be a professional. Contact the Library Director Allison Griffin at any time to discuss!

Creative Arts Programs

Knitting, flower arranging, cooking, jewelry and basket making are just a taste of what the library offers. Please see our calendar for programs. If you have an artistic talent you would like to share contact the library at 655-4283.

Digital Literacy
